New models for VP RF box and downstream wake-field suppressor from:

Fixes to VP vacuum tank to re-enable parts commented out due to problems in initial conversion from DDDB and fix one overlap

Fixes to downstream beam pipe description to remove overlaps

Branch is currently based on !607 (merged) to benefit from improvements in debug scripts implemented there.
