Many thanks indeed for this @gwan, it looks really great from a quick glance. Sorry I haven't had time to look at this in detail yet but will try to do so later today.
A couple of immediate reactions:

I thought that the thick part was 200um CF + 50um Al but you don't have the Al part here?- ignore this, my mistake, I hadn't seen the latest amendments from Todd - There appear to be Iris-foil-related changes here, which should probably be in a separate MR?
