Created version for 2024-v00.01

This MR

• introduces a new 2024 geometry version for UT, including the changes introduced in !575 (merged), !606 (merged) and !621 (merged) by copying the current trunk as the content in trunk is different from 2024-v00.00
• introduces the first fixed 2024 geometry version for SMOG2
• introduces a new 2024 version for Pipe, include the changes introduced in !524 (merged) by copying the current trunk as the content in trunk is different from 2024-v00.00
• incorporates the updated 2024 version of VP (introduced in !679 (merged))

And we are creating a new version of 2024 geometry, to match DDDB tags for Sim10f, https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-conddb/DDDB/-/releases/upgrade%2F2024-v00.01, we call this new version as 2024-v00.01

For me this is ready to go. It may be nice to run a test that uses this version but it is really not mandatory, since we tested the changes as they came in.
