Remove UT's ProductionMap condition from 2024-v00.00

The ProductionMap is useless for UT. This MR gets rid of it from geometry version 2024-v00.00 (it's already discarded in trunk). Hopefully this resolves the issues in Gauss!1137 (comment 9136311) and Boole!632 (comment 9121625).
