Follow convention as for other external data packages for powhegdata

Generators External data packages for generators follow the convention to use v{GeneratorVersion}r{LHCbLayer}p{X}

Where p{X} will change to add new gridpacks.

If we need to ask to build a new version for us it will be a new layer and the new version will be in GeneratorVersion
