Adapt boundary of 2d hit maps to detector surface in Sim10

Gloria Corti requested to merge monitor_trk_sim10 into Sim10

Change for Sim10 corresponding to what is in !1091 (merged) for Sim11

May be good to back-port this to Sim09 so that the monitoring is the same.
