sim11 new options files
following #146, we would like to add more option files for sim11:
- DetDesc:
- 2024, 2025, with the latest DDDB/SIMCOND tags, !1112 (3a6c1e0f)
- 1 test with DDDB/SIMCOND upgrade/master: we already have that kind of test, https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Gauss/-/blob/mexu_sim11_options/Sim/Gauss/options/Geometry/DetDesc-DBTags-Run3.py
- DD4HEP:
- 2024, 2025, with the latest Detector version and LHCb Conditions tags, 6586bef4
- 1 test with Detector/master and simXX/run3-ideal, _Q: sim10 or sim11, we already have that kind of test, https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Gauss/-/blob/mexu_sim11_options/Sim/Gauss/options/Geometry/DD4hep-DBTags-Run3.py
