Register VTOSLL model.

This model was from unknown reason omitted from models registration and thus unusable. The change is trivial addition of two lines in single source file. As it fixes bug, it would be useful to get it in to Gauss v49r8 version. Change should be also propagated to sim09-upgrade and master branches.
