Remove EPOS obsolete options

Gloria Corti requested to merge Epos-obsolete-opts into Sim09

As agreed by email with @robbep the options EPOS_CMS.py and EPOS_TARGET.py are obsoleted and should be removed from the Gen/LbCMRC package.
