[WIP]LHCBGAUSS-876: Fixed RadLength Test and Added GaussGeo Options

Test has been re-written in parts so extra options can be applied more easily. Now includes the options --gauss-geo and --giga-geo to select method for reading geometry in Gauss, current setup is to use GiGaGeo.

Also includes fix to GaussTools to prevent seg fault.
