Update example options for different datatype with newer global tag

Options for 2010-2013, 2015 and 2016 are upgrade with latest global tags that include local tag for faster RICH implementation.

This is related to LHCBGAUSS-1224

It needs to be propagated also to master and is incompatible with Sim09.
