Fixed RadLength Test and Added GaussGeo Options

Test has been re-written in parts so extra options can be applied more easily. Now includes the options --gauss-geo and --giga-geo to select method for reading geometry in Gauss, current setup is to use GiGaGeo.

Had some issues getting this to work, there were a few failed merge requests.

Changes will need to be cherry-picked for Sim09.

For test to work this requires the changes in !189 (merged) to be implemented
