Removes duplicated files already located elsewhere

Removes all files in the Muon/MuonMoniSim/options directory as these are all already present in either $PRCONFIGOPTS or $APPCONFIGOPTS. The physics lists that are run over are now only the ones located in $APPCONFIGOPTS.
