Update qmtest references and remove obsolete tests from GaussSys

  • Change options to use in test of pHe to cope with renaming of options that was done in AppConfig
  • Update the references for the tests to account for different code being executed
  • Remove sam.qms test suite, no longer used and not supported by CMake
  • Remove obsolete configurables test, was checking integrity of SVN project recursive checkout
