[WIP]LHCBGAUSS-869: Added Material to Title

Kristian Alexander Zarebski requested to merge LHCBGAUSS-869.MaterialLabelling into Sim09

It was discovered on LHCbPR that the plots currently being displayed show "in 10mm" with no indication of what the material is. This little fix addresses that as well as removes the use of the word "dict" as a variable name (dangerous in python to redefine existing terms!)
