Merging Fixes in AmpGen

Merging LHCBGAUSS-905.FixInAmpGen to Sim09-Upgrade

Fixes WS normalisation and automatic normalisation of PDFs.
Move parameter resolution code into a separate function.
Minor code cleanups.
