Added D02KKpipi model to AmpGen (LHCBGAUSS-910)

Maxime Schubiger requested to merge LHCBGAUSS-910.AmpGen into Sim09

I'd like to add the D02KKpipi model to AmpGen in Sim09 and also into the master branch. Is it possible to add this model to Gauss v49r5 ?
