Temporary fix to propagate RootInTes again

Dominik Muller requested to merge fix_rootintes into master

Not pretty but seems to fix it for now. Could also be moved into AppConfig. must use post config actions because the sequencer for the packing is only filled after the Gauss configurable is done.
