Fast calo simulation - from Matteo Rama

This replace !627 (closed) that was showing too many differences against master after merging it to the branch.

This branch started from commit 04fd69aa and was rebased to master.

Conflict were easily solved during the rebase for Sim/GaussCalo/src/CaloSensDet.cpp while in addition to the conflicts highlighted by git for Sim/Gauss/python/Gauss/Configuration.py many of the changes in master were removed in commit 90db4cb1, probably because it was based on an older v53r2 version. Hence it was necessary to checkout the file from master and port by hand the changes for fast calo sim, based on the comparison with what is in v53r2.
