Remove workaround preventing passing high energy heavy ions to Geant

Previously we introduced a workaround for problem in Geant4 for heavy ions as code for cross-section was not working properly with heavier ions at per nucleon beam energy. Since we have a fix in Geant4 which properly fixes this, here we remove workaround.
