Draft: Switch to master branch of EvtGen @ HepForge for Sim10

Michal Kreps requested to merge evtgen_hepforge_master into Sim10

This is effectively standing MR to allow to try HepForge EvtGen master in nightlies. It should not be merged at all, for release with new functionality we will create a tag in HepForge and dedicated MR to switch to the particular tag.
