[Futurev5] Temporarily use ParticleTable.txt from Gaussino

This is a quick workaround that should fix the dd4hep tests in Gauss(-on-Gaussino). We have to wait for an official way of getting ParticleTable.txt from LHCb. In the meantime, an internal ParticleTable.txt from Gaussino will be picked up. For more: LHCb!3510 (comment 5530125)
