Revert partially "Allows to compile in DD4hep mode, getting DetDesc from Run2Support"

Reverts all the changes for all the sub-detector packages that allowed Gauss-on-Gaussino to use DetDesc from Run2Support in the standard platform.

This is because USE_DD4HEP was used to indicate whether we should use DetDesc from Run2Support or DetDesc, but there's no mechanism in Run2Support that would allow us to use detector elements from the Detector projects.

This means that we will be able to run only DD4hep on the standard platform and DetDesc only on *detdesc-opt.
