Add RICH DD4hep geometry

This adds only the necessary changes to add the DD4hep geometry of RICH1 and RICH2. Extracted from !820 (closed) and cross-checked with the current Detector project. The list of xml files need a revision though as there are many duplicates and RICH2 sources RICH1 files... FYI @bcouturi
