Updated inclusive charm triggers (2 Hlt2 lines)

(1) Changed BDT file version. The new files were already committed some time ago, so this is just a change to the settings. (2) Changed thresholds appropriately to optimise efficiency at same rate as existing lines. The lines are: Hlt2CharmHadInclSigc2PiLc2HHXBDT Hlt2CharmHadInclDst2PiD02HHXBDT As per JIRA task LHCBPS-1545
