Final CaloPID tunes

This MR includes all the changes in !214 (closed) and !218 (closed). On top of this:

  • Added pre-scales for Dsst and D2Etap lines. To be used as tuning knobs if needed.

  • Added final tunings for B2XGamma lines:

    • added FD chi2 cut
    • tightened track IP chi2 cut
    • added track P and PT to threshold settings. To be used as tuning knobs if needed.

  • Re-organised a bit thresholds dictionary. Would like to clean up more but for next round.
