Fix configuration of jet lines and remove warnings in Moore configuration

Changed Particle Flow for CaloTest to TURBO to avoid incompatibilities and set the default in Hlt2JetBuilder to TURBO.

Added detection of output of NeutralProtoMaker to fix warnings about missing inputs.
