Added exclusive Hlt2 lines for Omega_cc+ and Cabibbo-suppressed Xi_cc+(+) decays

Added exclusive Hlt2 lines for Omega_cc+ and Cabibbo-suppressed Xi_cc+(+) decay modes to address JIRA LHCbHLT/LBHLT-300. Modifies two files. The new lines are defined in Hlt2Lines/python/Hlt2Lines/CharmHad/XiccLines.py and added to the list of lines to run in the settings file HltSettings/python/HltSettings/CharmHad/CharmHad_pp_2017.py
