New W/Z boson rare decay Turbo lines
As discussed in the last Trigger meeting (https://indico.cern.ch/event/692038/), these new Turbo lines for W/Z boson rare decay searches are ready for merge. Therefore, we commit these lines into Hang/WZRare branch, and request merge for these lines. See LBHLT-382
RM: rate tests show the additional rate is 19 +- 8 with an average event size of 46 KiB.
