LoKiTrigger - update hybrid factory-related classes (hybrid engine, lock, etc) to a new way how LoKi-hybrid solves the problem
-formally it is not needed at all (since afaik we do not use TrgFactory), but better (and safe) to keep it coherent with other hybrid factories in LHCb&Phys
