removePID: handle Preambulo, LBHLT-469

Michael Kent Wilkinson requested to merge removePID_2015 into 2018-patches

This update primarily enables handling of 2015 MC TCK 0x411400a2 by adding special handling of Preambulo property. This should resolve an issue raised in LBHLT-469.

It also:

  • improves the output to be more legible
  • improves the isPIDless search for unhandled algorithms
  • includes minor typo fixes in docstrings
  • updates the testing to loop over testedTCKs
  • adds HLT1 MC (and other) TCKs to testedTCKs
