Revert old Ds->PhiMuMu cuts to their 2015 values and re-enable these lines.

Re-enabling 2015 Ds->PhiPi, Phi->MuMu lines as requested by PID convenors.

Although these lines were never run in 2016 (they were replaced), some of the cut values were tuned post-2015. This MR commit reverts those changes (so the thresholds in pp_May2016 match 25ns_August2015).

It ran OK with a sample too small to actually fire the lines. I'm running again with larger stats now, hence [WIP].
