Proposed fix for LHCBPS-1523 - PV association warning seen in Hlt2PIDDs2KKPiSSTaggedTurboCalibDecision

Tiny patch to remove the warning in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LHCBPS-1523 .

This stops a pointer to the Particle2Vertex table being cached in a loop over candidates selected by a trigger line. This was causing an error when the tables for different candidates were in different locations.
