It breaks when using apptainer/singularity woth --contain option, as /tmp is extremely small in such case
Instead of /tmp, the current directory is used

Some tests still use DetDesc as they are meant to compare the two cases
while others are disabled as they cannot exist without DetDesc.

Added two examples of ParticleTable.txt while waiting for a replacement
of its deployment via the DDDB CondDB.

It can be used for converting data from ROOT formats to MDF but also
to subset MDF data (e.g. first N events).
