parsing of RawBank types

RawBank types are sorted when parsed as vector of types: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/LHCb/-/blob/master/Event/DAQEvent/src/RawBank.cpp#L258

This is causing a mismatch between bank types and output location when used in UnpackRawEvent.
