Remove architecture specific binary file from LHCb source tree

I just found (thanks to new checks EL9 version of rpmbuild runs on the RPMs being packages) that this MR introduced in LHCb repository a x86_64 binary file (Tools/ZeroMQ/tests/test_tuple), which caused problems in lhcb-core/lhcbstacks!212 (merged) (now that all build machines have been migrated to EL9).

That file should be removed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
