Support 2018 Turbo data processing

Alex Pearce requested to merge apearce-turbo-2018 into 2018-patches

As part of LHCbIntegrationTests!14 (merged), this MR adds support for 2018 processing of Turbo data (both in Tesla and elsewhere).

I'll check tomorrow morning if this MR is sufficient, or if we need some additional patches.
