Revert "Merge branch 'cherry-pick-5ce6a06b' into '2017-patches'"

This reverts merge request !1024 (merged) to avoid picking up by default a fix to LHCBPS-1800, which would introduce online/offline differences when rerunning Reco17 reconstruction

In fact this is a null change, because the time datetime(2017, 11, 26, 13, 30) was already beyond the end of the last fill of 2017 (see !1220 (merged) for the real fix), but making it anyway to make perfectly clear that backward compatibility is addressed....
