Add optimised method to DeRichSphMirror to return mirror data in SIMD friendly form

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge Rich-SIMDMirrorCache into master

Results in a reasonable optimisation of MirrorData::update which is heavily called by the photon reconstruction.
