WIP: Forward compatible use of Algorithm

Modified the way algorithms are used to prepare for gaudi/Gaudi!703 (merged):

• do not use sub-algorithms
• get filterPassed and isExecuted from execState

This has merge conflict with !1524 (closed). I'll check later and decide whether to include the !1524 (closed) fix here or to rebase !1524 (closed) on this MR.

The conflict was fixed (thanks) and I added the few extra missing .ignore() (while touching AlgFunctors).

The test in lhcb-tdr-test is OK, @cattanem, please, un-WIP when you want.
