WIP: Modifications for Gauss-on-Gaussino: Thread-safety, packers, removal of Phys/LoKiGen

Changes to achieve a working version for the lhcb-gaussino slot. Not intended to be merged for now.

Phys/LoKiGen has been ported to HepMC3 and moved into Gauss: Gauss!533 (merged)
