RichSmartID - Better support for PMTs, more specific printout and accessors

  • 'Rebrands' some data fields to better suit what they refer to for PMTs (e.g. PD column to PD module). Support for the old method names is still there (for HPD support) but we should switch to the new accessor names where appropriate.
  • Adds some additional derived information accessors, that give information like the elementary cell number, the PMT anode index or the local module column number in a panel.
  • Improves the human readable printout of SmartIDs for PMTs. Examples in attached log.

@bmalecki @seaso FYI. Your feedback appreciated, in particular please double check my logic is correct for the new accessors.
