Add decoding for SciFi NZS dataformat

This merge requests adds the decoding for the SciFi NZS dataformat. Goes together with Rec!2129 (merged)

• Adds FTDigit class
• Adds FTNZSRawBankDecoder for decoding the NZS rawbank into FTDigits and FTLiteClusters
• Adds FTNZSClusterCreator to cluster the FTDigits coming from the rawbank into FTLiteClusters
• Adds version 0 to the FTRawBankDecoder for simulation mdf files.
• Adds multiple ID functions to FTChannelID used in the monitoring.
