Changed the location of the LHCb compact XML description

Ben Couturier requested to merge bcouturi_fix_LHCb_compact_location into master

This fixes the failing test in LHCb in the lhcb-dd4hep location as the compact XML files have been refactored in Detector. This is however a temporary solution as it uses the DETECTOR_PROJECT_ROOT environment variable to specify which file should loaded. Instead the Detector project hide this and just take a version number as parameter.
