Add some .gitignore rules

Marco Clemencic requested to merge add-gitignore-s21-fp into stripping21-firstpass-patches

Since I was touching stripping21-firstpass-patches (CMT build), I decided to add some .gitignore to make it slightly more usable.

We may also consider removing the CMake configuration in this branch as it will never be used and it may not even work anymore (as it is not tested).

It might be nice to cherry-pick this to reco14-patches.
