Tentative implementation of https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/7 . Removal of IEventTuple interface.

Requires DaVinci!554 (merged) and /Analysis!828 (merged) and Phys!961 (merged) and Castelao!110 (merged) and MooreAnalysis!55 (merged) and Moore!1093 (merged)
