Add new MC2DigitTable

Addition of the declaration of the table from MC particles to Digits.

This MR goes together with Lbcom!573 (merged) and Moore!945 (merged).

Ready to be tested.

@nuvallsc What is the status of this MR? This and Moore!945 (merged) looks ready, but Lbcom!573 (merged) still has unresolved threads.
