Revert FTRawBankEncoder to produce raw event only

To fix the bug #156 (closed), FTRawBankEncoder is converted to a half-functional consumer algorithm producing raw event.

I would propose to do something less radical, as most of this is fine. Just not the 'final' return statement. So the best way forward is to

1. remove the return statement
2. as a consequence, change Transformer into Consumer and then keep the rest 'as-is'.
