Change doubles to floats in calo event model

Change doubles to floats in v2 calo event model. The ECAL energy resolution is around 4 MeV in Run 3, so we don't need at all to use doubles. This is also required to (potentially) move to a SOACollection-based event model. Might cause numerical differences in the references.
