RetinaCluster v1

Giovanni Bassi requested to merge RCv1 into master

v1.0 of the VELO RetinaCluster algorithm that includes the following items:

  • new cluster data format including quality flags and topology ID, see here for more details
  • fixes for clusters having the same LHCbID, see here for more details.

DIGI test files

DIGI files produced with v1.0 are available for testing under /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP6/Allen/digi_input/RetinaCluster_samples_v1.
See the corresponding entries in the TestFileDB (lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!227 (merged)).

Dependencies

This MR should be tested together with Allen!748 (merged), Rec!2695 (merged), Moore!1280 (merged), Detector!165 (merged) and lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!227 (merged).
